Pets and Horses

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the farm. Dogs must be kept under control at all times and are not allowed to roam freely. There is a large fenced area around the cottage for your dog to play and they can also stay on the veranda. The nearby forest gives you plenty of tracks to walk your dog.

Horses are welcome and can stay in a small safe  timber fenced paddock, which has a shed now . The forest provides many tracks to ride safely. Riding on the property is not permitted due to  insurance reasons.   A larger paddock is available if you want to stay for a longer period. There is a tack room that can be used for your gear. You can also ride on the nearby beach and in the Cobboboonee National Park , this Park has also overnight horsecamps to stay.

This area is perfect for pleasure or trail riders and you can ride for many kilometers in the 27000 Ha forest and bush. There are dams throughout the forest for your horse to have a drink from.

New is a horse riding school next door, go trail riding when you do not have or want to bring your own horse or take lessons in the large arena.
